This green detox smoothie makes a great breakfast or healthy snack.
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 medium green apple, chopped
- 1 cup sliced banana
- 1 cup milk of choice, I use almond or coconut, you can also use water
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Combine spinach, celery, apple, banana, milk, ginger, chia seeds and honey in blender until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
